{Laurence}: "I made a Cantonese style steamed egg with liver mush. So you have liver mush in the egg. You also have fried liver mush on top and some of, like, the sauce from the marinade." During cooking: "We're gonna do steamed egg with some liver mush. Liver mush is a strong product, so I want to pair it with something more delicate."
Emeril: "Lawrence, your steamed egg was just way too wet. The crispy croutons got soggy. It's like wet mush." Dish placed among the less successful of the Quickfire.
