{Ian}: "So my Swiss role is based on Queen's University in Belfast. It's where I started baking." Ambitious architectural inlay design of Belfast University buildings filled with Northern Irish Fifteen flavors - digestives, cherries, and marshmallows with condensed milk.
Paul: "That is one mighty impressive looking Swiss roll. It's a shame it's sat down on itself. It's a wee bit of an oval. But that design is extremely impressive. It's amazing. The flavors are stunning. I was nervous as the marshmallow and the jam would make it all too sweet, but it's delicious. You left the condensed milk out. I'm glad I did."
