Paul Hollywood: I think it looks pretty good. The cuts have gone slightly awry but overall I like the color and I like the height. It smells good. It's really cinnamony. I don't get the orange very much but the cinnamon's there. Your bread itself is slightly underproved. You can see where you put your finger in and it's constantina down the bottom. Overall it's a nice loaf. I think you were 10 minutes away from something that was very good. Prue Leith: I do get the orange. It's a hint certainly there in the background. The cinnamon is good. So your favor combinations are spot on.
