{Jonathan}: "This is a cochinita pibil. Cilantro crema on the bottom that has a little bit of chlorophyll. Turmeric rice cake, and then some hibiscus pickled onions."
Amira (guest judge): "Aesthetically, it is pretty, and the colors all do go together. It's a wonderful start, but I think he could have made some blue rice. It's the same issue we've been running into, where the ingredients themselves are colorful, but they're not kind of taken in a different direction. Get the colors going."
