Coconut, Mango and Raspberry Eclairs
Josh created summer-inspired eclairs with coconut, mango and raspberry flavors using his own garden fruit (though he mentioned he'd used it all up by this point).
Paul liked the flavor of the banana but noted Josh was missing the caramel component he had tried to incorporate. However, for banana lovers, Prue felt this was perfect. The judges appreciated that this was the first eclair they had tasted that was properly firm.
