Coconut and lime flavored biscuits shaped like bunting triangles with Union Jack flag designs. Rav was inspired by his recent trip to Goa and used intricate hexagonal shapes that tessellate together. He created his own homemade cutter for the complex design.
That cool lime hits you, and then after a couple of bites, the heat just sits on your tongue. I think they're really good. The finish of them is a little bit clumsy. Very nice. Coconut biscuit. Reminds me of a Thai green curry.'
