Tasha made coffee and hazelnut financiers topped with chocolate coffee ganache and caramelized hazelnuts. She was trying to redeem herself from the previous week's disaster.
Prue Leith called it 'absolutely delicious' and said it 'melts in the mouth' with a 'really luxurious and decadent' ganache. Paul Hollywood praised the flavors as 'spot on' and noted the bake was perfect with 'a little bit of moisture in there as well, which holds on the tongue.'
