Josh's second eclair was designed for his brother who doesn't like fruit, featuring coffee pastry cream topped with dark chocolate and coffee icing.
The judges liked the taste of the black forest gateau elements. Paul noted Josh could have used more cherry, but both judges praised the chocolate as lovely. The booze element was good, and most importantly, they appreciated the crisp, firm eclair texture.
