Curried Cauliflower Steak with Chunky Tomato Salsa and Spinach
Also assigned Mango India, Nana made a curried cauliflower steak with a curry vinaigrette, served with a chunky tomato salsa and wilted spinach. Nana noted that while they had never visited India, curry is used widely in Ghanaian cooking, which gave genuine confidence with the flavor brief.
The plan was to keep it simple, keep it delicious, and get it on the plate. The cauliflower steak's spiced crust and warm seasoning made it one of the three dishes the guest judge singled out as a favorite at tasting.
