Dark and Stormy Ginger Cake

Jenn: "So there's three different types of ginger in my Loaf Cake. I have ground ginger, fresh ginger, and then I have stem ginger, and then, oh, ginger beer. "
Jen's dark and stormy spice ginger cake will be soaked with rum and ginger beer syrup. It will be topped with a rum and lime icing, candied limes and lime zest.
Paul Hollywood: "It looks a bit small, like it will just fill in the tin and we never got the rise that you expected. And there is a break in the top of the cake. (Tastes) It's quite tough."
Prue Leith: "A little bit of rum, bit of lime, lots of ginger. Delicious."
