Paul Hollywood: "One of the qualities of peanut butter is it's very dry. When you have a dough that's very dry, what you're getting is dry... The overall impression is of dryness, which is such a pity because the flavors, once you swallow everything, is just fantastic." The judges noted the structure was good but criticized the dryness from the peanut butter filling.
