Elderflower Swiss Rolls with Strawberry and Rosemary Cream

Paul: 'Very nice. I like that little bit decoration. It's very interesting. I think the rosemary slightly overpowers, I think proves right.' Prue: 'But sponge is beautifully baked. It's soft, it melts in the mouth, and it goes really well with the filling.'
