Peter made fig and pistachio upside down brownies with a layer of figs underneath that would be flipped to become the top, with cinnamon in the brownie batter. He described it as very untraditional, unusual, and risky.
Paul Hollywood said there was too much cinnamon because it overtook the chocolate flavor. He called it different, risky, and okay. Prue Leith said they looked lovely and had chewiness.
