Fizzy QR Code Tart

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
A strawberry and lemon custard tart topped with a working QR code design built from fizzy sherbet, lime, and chocolate covered sugar cookies, inspired by a childhood strawberry lemon fizzy candy.
Melissa: "This is controversial. One of my favorite things as a kid was a strawberry lemon fizzy candy. So I'm actually recreating it today in a custard. It is polarizing to say the least."
Melissa: "And when I tell you I tested it yesterday and all of my tent mates thought it was the most horrific thing that they've ever eaten in their life. Looking at you, Ruiqi, I panicked. So I am a little worried, but I'm still gonna go with it."
Melissa: "I'm not gonna lie. I'm very, very nervous." Melissa: "All the people in this room didn't like it." Melissa: "So I'm actually making my fizzy chocolate right now, which
Meeki was so repulsed last night from what I made that he was convinced it was some like medicine. I'm hoping that Paul and Prue have a better reaction to my concoction."
Melissa (the QR code reveal): "I did look up last night if I could make it real, but I don't want to spend nine pounds to get it to go to your Instagram."
No Hollywood Handshake was awarded for this dish.
Prue: "I think it looks more curious than beautiful."
Melissa: "Fair. It's the QR code with a tent in the middle."
Paul: "Yeah, I can see that."
Melissa: "My custard tart has a strawberry lemon filling of the custard, and then on top of it, I have a white chocolate and lime fizzy pop."
Prue: "It's really strong. I mean, it's definitely fizzy, like a sherbet. I like it."
Paul: "The flavor is fascinating because I quite like being surprised by something that punches my taste right where it hurts."
Melissa: "I was panicking. All of yesterday, all of last night, all of my practices didn't turn out as good as that. So I'm super relieved and super happy."
