Who made this dish?

Christiaan (demonstrating a mixing technique): "You call this a rubbing dal in Holland, where you rub the butter together on your work surface with the sugar, so it becomes, like, fluffy. When I do it like this, the texture of the Viennese Biscuits is nicer. Dutch born Christiaan always tries to bake with ingredients from the garden he's planted with his partner, Nick."

Voice-over: "Christiaan's hand mixed tarragon biscuits will be filled with a blueberry and lavender jam."

Prue Leith: "Tarragon and the lavender?  I can't say that I'm convinced the flavors will work, but I'm keen to try."

"I'm anticipating that a mouthful of dried lavender is not going to be pleasant!"

"But actually that looks really good. (Tastes). I think you're quite an alchemist, you know, it's really interesting, and it's delicious. And I wasn't expecting that."

"I think the biscuit's a little bit tough, but having said that, they taste amazing."
