Ruby: "So my Chelsea Bun has got an Indian twist in it this week. The filling is called gaja, which is carrots boiled down in milk. And then I'll be going in some ghee because it's not rich enough... My only worry is whether it will restrict the rise of the dough." She adds vanilla and cinnamon to complement the sweet carrot filling.

Paul Hollywood commented: "Did you have sugar in your dough? I didn't, but there was sugar in the carrot mixture. It's not enough. This feels hard. It feels crusty... I think that flavor is very interesting, but I think it fundamentally lacks that stickiness." The innovative filling was appreciated but technical execution fell short with insufficient sugar and wrong texture.
