Sandro creates an internationally-inspired pizza featuring Texas smoky barbecue rub, Spanish chorizo, tropical pineapple, and a French twist with Camembert and honey stuffed into the crust. He shapes it into a heart to add some love to the dish. The combination represents a fusion of American barbecue flavors, Spanish cured meats, tropical fruits, and French cheese techniques.
Paul: It's great shape. It really looks so inviting, doesn't it? This is a really messy pizza. I think your barbecue flavors inside with the pineapple and the Camembert running all the way through cuz it carries such a nice flavor to that. It's ingenious. You have got quite a lot of different flavors there, but they're still separate, aren't they? I'd have one of them frozen. A pizza here. That's great.
