Irish Stew-sage Savory Weave

Iain: 'I am doing a stew sage roll. I'm just really proud of the pun. We're not using meat. We're using tofu and broccoli. It's the little love commitment ring. You got two feet on the go. I don't have the same gravitas as a Schwimmer. I'm not a Schwimmer. No, I'm a. I'm a sinker.' Voice-over: 'Ian will be trying to win Paul over with a stew of tofu, potatoes and broccoli within pastry platted into the shape of an Irish cladding.' Iain: 'My pastry's just been resting. I just want to start getting some folds in it. You'll get layers of dough. Butter, dough, butter. The flling is slightly loose. I've done, like, a plat on every other strand, and they hold into each other.'
Paul: 'I like the idea. You've got some elimination there, but it's a bit uneven with the color. That tofu sort of lost in there. That's fne, but there's not much favor to it. You need more of a punch to that to make that work.' Prue: 'I think it's absolutely delicious. Lovely lamination. All these vegetables are all together. And the tofu. Absolutely delicious. We could go, couldn't we? That's really. You've absolutely smashed that. Well done, sweetheart.'
