Circular shortbread recreating Jaffa cake flavors with four distinct layers: 8mm shortbread base, 8mm caramel layer, thin ganache layer, and tempered chocolate top. Made using acetate collars for precision.
Paul: 'She had the disc on top of the ganache on top of the caramel on top of the biscuit. It's a four layer job. Very orangey, the base, it's a bit dry. However, the taste, the soft silky caramel with the orange as well together works. It is delicious. It is very good. They look hideous, but they taste amazing.' Prue: 'I can see it was going to be really interesting.'
