Josh: "Creme caramel was my nan's favorite and also one of her favorite flavors was plums and custard."
Voice Over: "Josh's cinnamon and orange custard was topped with cinnamon spiced plums and tempered chocolate butterflies."
Prue Leith: "Straight off. I think they look very pretty. And there's a lot of finesse to this. However, there's a lot of bubbles in there on the side."
Paul Hollywood: "They're slightly overbaked. The spiced plum and the orange go well together. The taste in that is delicious with the sweetness level."
Prue Leith: "The plums are not as cooked as I'd expected. And that's rather nice. They've got a sort of freshness of fresh fruit. Just the texture of the custard is slightly off."
Paul Hollywood: "It is overbaked, but you can't get over the flavor of that."
