Prue Leith: "Chocolate and pecans and raspberry. They are a very classic combination. I've not seen ground pecans used in the sponge before."

Paul Hollywood: "I like the colour, I like the shine. The sides, however, are not particularly good."


(Cake is cut.) Paul Hollywood: "Oh, dear."


Prue Leith: "This is definitely dessert rather than cake. It is absolutely delicious. The tartness of the raspberries come through. You really get the chocolate."


Paul Hollywood: "I mean, it tastes amazing, but it's almost a pudding, isn't it?"
