Massimo: "It's a tartare. There's a crisp on top of raz el hanout and roasted oats, jam of dates, harissa, and raz el hanout yogurt."

"I really like the idea that Massimo had. He went to Morocco, and I think the yogurt to mix in with the rest of the dish is beautiful, cold, refreshing." 


"It was really nice. The cracker on top is kind of a nice way to get the oat in there, but I had a harder time finding the dates." 


"Yeah. The texture of Massimo's tartare, I didn't love it as much. It's mushy. It seems like it's been sitting in the Marinade too long. So it's starting to cook."
