Lavender and bergamot flavored shortbread biscuits shaped like swallowtail butterflies. Kate used two flavors that the judges admitted they weren't particularly fond of, describing them as somewhat medicinal in nature.
Paul Hollywood: 'We're looking for bergamot, and there's a little citrus. Two different flavors, and you don't like lavender or bergamot.' Mary Berry: 'I love the flavor. I think the flavor is delicate. Right at the end, you got that orange and lavender. The actual icings are a little bit informal, but the biscuit itself is a winner.'
