Vanilla shortbread base topped with spiced rum-flavored caramel and lime and chili chocolate topping. Stacey's second attempt after first caramel crystallized.
Paul: 'They are very neat, very sharp from the side as well. Flavors are pretty strong. The rum comes through very strongly. The chili, it's a grownup taste, but I don't really like the rum favor. The biggest issue I have is the depth of that chocolate. It's too thick.' Prue: 'It looks to me as if you had a little time problem.'
