Cara Stadler: It's a lobster spring roll, poached low-cooked lobster, compressed watermelon, coconut hoisin, peanut powder, burnt ash. This scored Cara 108 points and moved her to third place. Cara: My strategy is working. I'm coming out dishes twice as fast as everyone else at this point.
Wiley Dufresne: This is so good. There's a ton of different textures, which is really great. Michael Cimarusti: My only comment, if I had one, would be it comes off maybe just a touch sweet. Padma Lakshmi: This is a creative dish, chock full of different techniques. Thank you.
