Malaysian Prawn Sambal Pizza

Syabira creates a Malaysian-inspired pizza featuring spicy prawn sambal paste as the base, topped with prawns, anchovies, and stinky beans (a Southeast Asian specialty). She initially attempts to use beetroot juice in her dough but abandons this plan when it doesn't foam properly, wasting 20 minutes before starting fresh with a sourdough starter and yeast dough.
Paul: I like the walls that you've managed to build, and I like the way you've kept it all inside. It looks very neat. Good base on it. Crispy. I have anchovies, dried shrimps, and chili. I'll get all the favors. Chili. It's slightly overwhelmed by the chili, but nevertheless, it's a great structure inside.
