Pint glass-shaped biscuits with malt, chocolate and orange flavoring, designed to look like beer glasses. Michael drew inspiration from his favorite student pastime and worked hard to ensure uniform thickness across all biscuits.
Paul Hollywood: 'Right, the uniform and you seem to have a decent bake all the way through. They look very good.' Mary Berry: 'Now that's crispy. Get the chocolate in there as well. And you can see the consistency inside. You can hear it. Solid. Well done.'
