Mango and Cranberry Chelsea Buns

Rahul: "Hello, guys... I always use a thread so I'm hoping that will give me a nice sharp clean cut. It doesn't squash them down, which can happen when you use a knife." His classic Chelsea bun dough has an exotic kick with sweet mango and cranberry filling flavored with Bengali five spice.
Paul Hollywood: "It's very soft and gooey, which is why a Chelsea bun should be. It's very interesting. There's such savory spices... there's such a contrast to the sweet fruit. But I really like that it's baked to perfection. I think the mango chutney is stunning. Very clever. That's a very good Chelsea bun." The judges loved the creative Bengali spice combination with traditional format.
