Avocado-shaped biscuit flavored with matcha and chocolate. {Nadia}: "I am making a shape of an avocado and I'm favoring it with matcha." {Judge}: "Are you using coloring or just matcha?" {Nadia}: "Just matcha." {Judge}: "How much matcha you put in?" {Nadia}: "Not that much." Inspired by her son's love of avocados on toast, though he hates matcha. {Nadia}: "If my kids see one more avocado biscuit, they're going to throw it at Me, I've been hiding them and my kids pack lunches and everything."
Paul Hollywood: "Very clever. I think they look better on the back. On the other side. Yeah. You've managed to get quite a few layers coming into that. That made with matcha and chocolate. Probably could have done with a little bit longer in the oven because you've got such a thick middle. Definitely under baked and I don't think the flavor is quite strong enough." Prue Leith: "PR's right. If you're going to put matcha in, then put it in. Regardless of whether we like it or not."
