{Pui Man}: "I drink lemon tea every day, so I'm making lemon curd matcha cream swiss roll." Asian-inspired combination of matcha cream and lemon curd reflecting Pui Man's daily lemon tea habit.
Paul: "I think it's delicious. I just think there's too much filling. Too much of the matcha cream and not enough curd. The overall texture is very good, but the balance of it is not quite right. Your sponge has gone very much oval rather than round."
