Tiramisu Financiers

Matty created coffee and hazelnut financiers featuring chocolate ganache, coffee liqueur, and vanilla cream with walnuts. The financiers were made using deeper molds and decorated to look worthy of a Parisian patisserie.
Paul Hollywood commented that the flavors were really good and liked them, but noted they were overbaked and a little bit dry, lacking the expected moisture. He suggested the financiers could have been made thinner - almost half the sponge thickness. Prue Leith praised the flavors as 'so good' and 'real grown up flavors' but agreed about the cake-to-topping ratio issue.
