Mushroom Stuffed Gnocchi with Speck and Chicken Livers

Chef David: "I made stuffed gnocchi. The farce has mushroom stem. On top of the gnocchi I made a gravy of speck with chicken liver and chicken blood, mascarpone and Calabrian Chili."
Kristen Kish (confirming): " You said this is a gnocchi dough?"
Chef David: "Yes, I'm not keen on pasta."
Adam Siegel: "David's gnocchi was a miss, for me. I don't know if it was even a gnocchi and it certainly wasn't stuffed."
Gail Simmons: "Agreed."
Kristen Kish: :"I also have a problem when there's all this other stuff, blobs of this and that, but way too much sauce for one piece of maybe-gnocchi."
Tom Colicchio: "There is no way you could eat all that sauce with that one piece of dough."
