Rosdip: "The salad I'm making is green mustard leaves and buckwheat with chicken sadeko and lentil crisps along with tamarind and mustard dressing. I'm just picturing my mom picking those fresh mustard greens from the garden, so it really means something to me."
Anna: "Buckwheat is one of those tricky grains. If it's overcooked, it just turns to mush. If it's undercooked, it's too crunchy."
Jay Rayner: "The thing about a salad is it's always about balance. There's a lot of buckwheat, which I think has slightly unbalanced it. Occasionally you get the crunch of the lentil crisps, which aren't quite as crisp as you'd hope for because they've been sitting in the salad and picking out the moisture from them."
Grace: "It's going to give me my five a day. It's going to give me my 12 a day. There's so much going on here. I think your chicken is crispy. It's seasoned nicely. But for me, the dressing is very mustardy."
Anna: "You have two sides of your salad — some elements that are really zingy, really interesting, and then a group of vegetables that are undressed and they're not complemented by anything." Rosdip was eliminated.
