On her sauce: Duyen: "It has the mother sauce of the Carolina vinegar base. So it's 50% that, 50% Nuoc Mam."
RESULT: Duyen wins the pitmaster collective vote for Round 5 but loses the judges vote to Oscar. She is safe as part of the overall-winning red team.
