Pandan Caramel Cakes

Syabira: "I am making Malaysian cake which is based on the pandan flavoring. It is very aromatic. People call it Asian vanilla."
Voice-over: "Syabira will flavor her sponge and coconut custard with pandan and add caramel to both her mousse and decorations. Traditional Malaysian sweets known as onde-onde."
Syabira: "I'm going to make a caramel bomb. When you bite into it, the caramel just going to explode."
Judging
Paul Hollywood: "They could be neater."
Paul Hollywood: "Love the colors, though. The vibrant, in-your-face flavours in there coming from the pandan, the caramel and the coconut is delicious."
Prue Leith: "It's such an interesting thing to do. A set custard on top of a cake. Gooey and umpious and not too sweet"
