Voice-over: "Illyin's meringues will have all the classic pina colada flavors. Pineapple, lime, and a non alcoholic rum, along with coconut in both her fillings and meringue nests."
Judge: "How are you going to make the meringue coconutty?"
Illyin: "The meringue has desiccated coconut in it and you get a really nice kind of crunch in the meringue and then the flavor also comes through from that."
"It's a shame about the overall look of them. They could have been much, much neater because they've cracked really poorly."
Illyin: "They are a coconut meringue with a lime gel, a pineapple curd rum cream with rum caramelized pineapples."
Paul Hollywood: "The curd's really sharp. I mean, it's delicious because it's that sharp. It is like having a pina colada."
Prue Leith: "So good. I'm amazed you managed to get so much coconut flavor into the meran. I should have thought of that myself. I think it's lovely."
