Pizza Loaf
I am making a pizza inspired anduya and honey cottage loaf. So I've got andua spice spreadable sausage in there which is going to be spread over the dough. It's like a meal in your bread. Yeah. You've got a lot of things going on in there. It doesn't inhibit its rise or anything. It gets a nice rise. I know it's a bit more of a risk maybe putting a bit of cheese in there as well but I wanted to give myself a bit of a challenge. Features 'nduja spreadable spicy sausage, honey, black olives, fresh basil, and Gruyère cheese for a complete pizza experience in bread form.
Paul Hollywood: Lovely color. It's turned out quite nicely. You pretty much got the proving right. Well I think the favor is great. Nice balance of cheese and chili. There is considerable heat in that and I like it. I think it's lovely and I'm surprised because I thought the cheese and olives is going to hold it down. It's going to become claggy and. But it's really lovely. Well done Josh.
