Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies

Lottie made ambitious double baked brownies with chocolate and pecan base and baked raspberry cheesecake topping. They required two separate baking times - 25 minutes initially, then another 25 minutes with toppings. She admitted giving herself a hellish pile of work.
Paul Hollywood said they looked a right mess and looked like they'd been dropped. He said flavor was okay but textures were all wrong and terrible. Prue Leith said she loved the raspberry sharpness but there was too much cheesecake mixture that overpowered it.
