Voice-over: "Georgie will inject dehydrated rhubarb into one of her biscuit doughs and add custard powder to the other for a biscuit that's as unique as she is."
During cooking: "Georgie's custard biscuits seem to have gone better than the rhubarb."
Georgie: "It's just the color they come out. It's really weird. It's the rhubarb powder."
" I don't think they look tremendously appetizing."
(Judges taste and pull a face)
Georgie: "The rhubarb makes this speckledy effect with the powder inside. That's how they turned out, and it tastes really sharp in that biscuit so you need the other biscuit together."
"That means you really need to have less filling because otherwise you just cannot get it in your mouth!"
