Traditional pecan shortbread with heavily salted caramel (two teaspoons sea salt). Inspired by mother-in-law's preference, designed to appeal to those who don't typically enjoy sweet shortbreads.
Paul: 'I like the picture of Pru on the top. I like the favors. It's more toffee, like than caramel.' Prue: 'I don't think that the texture of anything is right. The nutty biscuit, it's quite coarse and the chocolate's thick. That's disappointing.'
