Sesame Hibiscus Caramel Biscuits
Sumayah: "I'm making a mango lime ganache and sesame sable biscuit, so hopefully the flavors all balance out nicely."
Voice-over: "Sumayah is planning to counter the sweetness even further with a caramel which is flavored with hibiscus tea."
"It's not really set, is it, as a caramel?"
"It turned out more like a jam, by the look of them, they're unusual."
"I think they're very elegant and very exotic."
"The mango is there. It's not strong, but it's there. And hibiscus gives a little bit of tartness to it. So, overall, the flavors are amazing in your mouth."
"It's just that something went wrong with a caramel. It's altogether too soft."
