Seven-Spice Duck, Basmati & Labneh

Country: Lebanon.
Round: Rice.
Chris: "This is Lebanon. Seven-spice duck breasts. Underneath you have basmati rice with labneh."
(Chris referred to it as "labna ada" — likely lebneh / labneh sauce.)
Chris (context): "For my second dish, I have Lebanon. I'm making duck with mujadara and labneh. I won a Michelin star cooking Lebanese and North African food and have been studying that food since 2017. Rice is the staple, so rice is probably the one I'm most comfortable with by far."
Padma: "I love Chris's duck, but what do you think of the cookery on his rice?"
Asma: "They were soggy. You can't have soggy rice."
Roy: "I mean, outside of those technical elements, for me, it was delicious. I really enjoyed it."
Score: 77/120 — second place in the rice round.
