Spiced Orange Mincemeat Biscuits
Cat-shaped biscuit modeled after his rescue cat Victor, made with spiced orange and mincemeat ganache.
Iain: "So I'm making mincemeat and then infusing that into a white chocolate ganache. This is going to be modeled after my cat. Last Christmas he stole the mince pie straight out of my hand."
Iain: "I want him to be shamed publicly on tv."
Rescue cat Victor lives in Belfast with Ian and his girlfriend. He is really living up to the black cat reputation. His mince pie crime will be recorded in a spiced orange biscuit filled with mincemeat ganache.
Paul Hollywood: "He's a bit sad, isn't he? He's angry boy. You've lost a bit of definition on it. These are winter spiced with mince meats, ganache. I love the flavor spice blender. Spot on. Just needed to be sharpened up."
