Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce, caramelised poached pear and vanilla cream. Lenford: "I've never made a sticky toffee in my life, but I've eaten plenty."
Lenford: "When they said it was sticky toffee, my heart dropped because I didn't know what to do. I just put things together and like they say, taste, taste, test." He added lemon juice to the poaching liquor for the pears.
Anna: "It's a really good, moist, soft, airy, delightful pudding. Your toffee sauce is the real deal. And the thing that I'm really impressed by is the pear."
Grace: "You put lemon juice in with the pears. That was a stroke of genius because it's such a sweet dish, it needed a little bit of acid in there. Really good."
Lenford won an apron.
