Sura's Sohan Florentines
Sura: "Traditionally in Iran, there's this bristle called Suhan, which is cardamom, saffron and rose water. They're flavours that I grew up on. They're part of my heritage."
Sura's Florentines, containing toasted almonds and pistachios, were flavoured with rose water and saffron, brought back from her trips to Iran. Alongside her biscuits, she served traditional cardamom tea.
