Thai Asian Prawn Toast
Prawn Toast with Thai-Asian Dressing.
A classic prawn toast made on homemade bread dough, served with a Thai-Asian style dressing featuring sesame oil. Hannah prepared the bread dough as the base, then topped it with the prawn mixture and finished with the aromatic dressing. The dish was a refined take on the familiar takeaway classic.
Adam Handling ranked Hannah's canape 3rd out of four. Adam said the toast flavors reminded him of growing up, and while he thought it was very simple, it was very tasty. Orry agreed it was delicious. Jun described it as very Asian in style.
