Vanilla Shortbread Hearts with Mold Wine Jam

Amanda creates heart-shaped vanilla shortbread cookies filled with her signature mold wine jam, inspired by her love of après-ski beverages. The jam features Christmas flavors and winter spices.
Paul: 'This is an astonishingly good biscuit. Thank you. Biscuit is very short and buttery and delicious. The jam is sensational. I mean, it really is worth every calorie.' Mary: 'I think your textures all the way through. Beautiful. And the marzipan you get, but you can't taste it.' Paul: 'This one is nice and chewy in the middle. Crisp on the outside. Very good orange.'
