Rich tea biscuits shaped like sheep with the flavor of bara brith (Welsh fruit cake). The biscuits contained fruit soaked in tea and were designed to be softer than traditional snap biscuits, more like shortbread texture.
Paul Hollywood: 'The icing is lovely, but when you get into the actual biscuit, it's soft. What we're actually eating there is like a stale biscuit. You have got massive consistency issues. This one looks more like a scone than it does a biscuit.'
