Syabira: "I'm actually trying to bring the flavors together."
Voice-over: "Syabira will spread sour plum and chili, cream cheese icing and bramley apple crumble between layers of apple sponge to create a giant apple shaped cake.
Paul Hollywood: "I'm not sure about the face. It's sort of gone out all over the place, isn't it?"
Prue Leith: "I love the face. I mean, for heaven's sake, it's a witch. Of course she can be crooked."
Syabira: "This is my favorite snack of apples, sour plum and chili."
Prue leith: "I love it. Really powerful flavors. Sour plum is perfect. That cake is beautiful. And it's so light."
Paul Hollywood: "I was about to say that I didn't get the chilli, but it's just come in. I think you deserve a handshake. Chili is the thing that gets me. It's a real triumph. Flavour's back."
