Jack has held a passion for Cumbria since his early childhood, when he frequently visited with his family. This sowed a seed that has seen him return with Wife and business partner Beth, to put down roots and establish a foodie ‘bolt hole’ that captures their values and beliefs.


Jack has worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the world, including Eleven Madison Park, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Claridges and the Berkeley. Jack’s style of cooking is precise, flavour driven and sustainably focused. His menu champions exceptional ingredients and artisan suppliers.
